Lisa graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture/Design and a minor in business. Lisa was Director of retail real estate services for Cushman & Wakefield’s Portland office before launching her own commercial real estate business. She has twenty-four years of real estate experience. The Central Oregon lifestyle is perfectly suited to Lisa's interests. She is an avid skier and enjoys golf, mountain biking, and hiking with her friends and dogs. She has a strong sense of community and believes in giving back. She also has an interest in ceramics. Lisa has had family in Bend since the 1960s, and she and her husband Randy have been skiing Mt. Bachelor since 1986.

Grace graduated from Woodbury University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She has twenty-three years of experience servicing clients in buying and selling single-family homes, multi-units, and commercial properties in Orange County, CA. Grace earned a certification in probate, short sale properties, and managed rental properties. Grace was in the top 1% of agents at RE/Max in Southern California and was inducted into the RE/Max Hall of Fame in 2011. Grace was born in the Philippines and is multi-lingual. Grace loves travel, cooking, golf, hiking, shopping, and entertaining family and friends. She has an infectious laugh and a heart of gold.

Along with their spouses, they enjoy the community events at Brasada, including live music, pickleball, golf cart parades, fitness classes, exclusive member events, and annual holiday events. Three years ago, Lisa and another resident started the annual "Artists Among Us" event, growing in popularity each year. Grace and Lisa are avid golfers and participate in the Ladies Golf Group.
